Computers and I have a love/hate relationship. Mostly, I love my computers, but they always seem to hate me. I can't even tell you the number of computers I've managed to send to the great hard drive in the sky. My last computer died when my cat walked across the keyboard - I don't know what buttons she pushed, but it blue screened, and then wouldn't boot up ever again. The hard drive would start to spin, then let out a pathetic little *squeak* and die.
I've invested in an external hard drive to back up my important files. I would be devastated if I lost the pictures of my kids that I have saved on my computer. I'd also be devastated if I lost the writing I've done (both the completed stories/essays and the incomplete ones). Yet I still don't back up my computer regularly - the external hard drive sits in a desk drawer until I have a scare like a total freeze or the BSOD showing its ugly face or a "friendly" suggestion that I should upgrade to Windows 8.1 (which I fear will soon be forced upon me rather than being a choice)... then I frantically back everything up until the next scare. If my computer were to go into its final death throes without warning, I could potentially lose anywhere from a day or two's up to a month's worth of files.
ReclaiMe File Recovery can save you (and your files) when your electronics conspire against you! I really wish I'd had this program when my smartphone's memory card ate a month's worth of pictures that I hadn't transferred over to my computer yet, because this program not only works on computers, but can also be used to retrieve those precious photos off your phone or camera's memory card!
Life in a House of Testosterone is offering SEVEN lucky readers the chance to win a fully-functional license key for ReclaiMe Data Recovery! Keep reading to learn more about this software and to enter to win peace of mind when it comes to your important files!
None of us, regardless of gender, age, social status, and so on is immune to data loss. You can lose digital photos by accidentally formatting a memory card, delete files or documents from a PC hard drive by mistake, or even lose the entire family archive lost to a NAS failure.
Although nowadays many know that there is data recovery, often people wrongly think that each particular case of data loss requires a specific data recovery solution – software, skills, and special hardware preparation.
While things are not so obvious with skills and hardware equipment, in case of data recovery software there is a universal solution – ReclaiMe File Recovery which is able to recover your files and documents from both an ordinary memory card, a laptop, and a complex device like a NAS with six drives. Another interesting fact is that even from the skills perspective the software is unique as well – all cases of data recovery are processed with just one button click. The only thing a user should do is to select a storage device for the recovery. That should not be difficult because ReclaiMe File Recovery groups all the available storage devices in a convenient way: logical disks, physical disks, devices connected via USB, and so on.
Even a not tech-savvy person understands that there are differences in how the data is stored on a Mac and, say, on a Windows PC – geeks call it filesystem. So, it may seem obvious that you should use different data recovery tools – one for a Windows PC, another for MacOS, and the third – for Linux. Do not even think – ReclaiMe File Recovery can recover data from almost any filesystem, be it Windows NTFS or MacOS HFS+.
So, it is good to have ReclaiMe file Recovery on hand in case of:
- Deletion of one or several files.
- Formatting the entire storage device.
- Filesystem failure, for example when you do not have an access to the entire logical disk any longer.
- Boot failure for both a PC and a laptop.
The list of supported filesystems is impressive as well:
- All the Windows filesystems – FAT16/32, exFAT, NTFS, ReFS (the latest filesystem from Windows 8.1).
- MacOS filesystems – HFS, HFS+, and UFS.
- Linux filesystems – EXT2, EXT3, EXT4, and XFS.
Note that ReclaiMe File Recovery is a Windows software meaning that to recover data, for example from a MacOS drive, you need to connect the drive to a Windows PC. In addition, you can download the software now and give it a try!
